Julia Anne Miller is a writer and performer whose work has appeared in the New York Times, Salon, Smithsonian, and other publications. She has performed at Laughing Buddha, Comix, Speakeasy, and Stripped Stories in New York City. Her essay “Sharing a Cab and My Toes” was read by Greta Gerwig as part of NYT’s Modern Love podcast series. She is working on a collection of essays entitled “Don’t Tell My Mother I Told You This.”
